First up is just a basic chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.
Next is an Orange cheesecake. I used orange segments and whipped cream to garnish. I made this for a dinner party my parents had. 
Last is a coconut cream pie. I used a pastry cream recipe with a variation that uses cream of coconut and toasted coconut to give it the flavor. For the topping I piped the whipped cream into a lattice pattern. I also topped it with toasted coconut.
