On this day in 1983, astronauts preformed the first space shuttle spacewalk.
The space shuttles are scheduled to be retired from service in 2010 after 134 launches.

The worst part about getting up early everyday for school is that I have to go to bed early, and then I miss things like the DFTBA radio hour, which just happens to be on on right now.
